If you get yourself a very basic mp3 player, the battery lasts for quite a while.

This is the second book I read in a couple of weeks that went into that distinction between Anglo and Francophone (the other one was a mystery called Still Life, by Louise Penny). Fascinating stuff! Is French considered a minority language? From those two books, it seemed like pretty much all characters spoke both...

Glad you enjoy those posts. They´re fun to do for me, as well!

(Not surprised at your adinet anecdote: I get more spam than anything else in that address!)Rosariohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13015659149421085931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3730322.post-30536918562473632132012-10-27T13:06:43.785+01:002012-10-27T13:06:43.785+01:00Funny, just last night I was thinking that I need ...Funny, just last night I was thinking that I need to try audiobooks again. As if even the Immigrants are aligned along language lines.

I know there is a whole lot of drama around the language. My aunt works for the govt office that ensure the equal representation of French in everything, basically. It's that serious!!!

Back to books, want to add that I very much enjoy your roundup and wishlist posts.

(Anecdote, got one of those money scam emails and not only was it from "mgasto" but it had an adinet.net.uy address!!!)lakaribanehttp://3rdworldgirl.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
